Partnerships · Kourseo

Your name goes first, not ours.

Language school, immigration practice, employer, distributor: when you recommend Kourseo, your credibility is the one on the line first. This page sets out what we put opposite it — the frame, the mechanics, and what we will not promise.

Programme status

No partner is publicly announced to date. This page describes an open frame, not a showcase: it will fill in country by country, as agreements are signed.

Who this frame is for

Four ways to work together.

01

Language school or training centre

Your groups move forward together; each learner leaves with a different need.

You bring
Committed learners and human teaching that nothing replaces.
Kourseo brings
A personal course between two sessions, written after each diagnostic.
The learner keeps
Their space, their pace, and the record of what they actually demonstrated.
02

Immigration practice

A file often hinges on one exam date and one required score.

You bring
The project, the deadline and the exam the file requires.
Kourseo brings
Preparation guided by the rules of the test, right up to exam day.
The learner keeps
A cautious estimate of their level, never a promised score.
03

Employer or university

The need is collective; the learning stays individual.

You bring
Roles to fill or programmes to secure, and the budget that goes with them.
Kourseo brings
Journeys opened one by one, billed per learner, with no group bundle.
The learner keeps
The content of their space, private even when someone else pays.
04

Local distributor or reseller

A market is won with the payment methods people actually use there.

You bring
Local presence, the language of the ground, and trust.
Kourseo brings
The country grid, already set, in its currency and under its tax rules.
The learner keeps
The price posted on this site. Reselling higher ends the agreement.

The mechanics

Four steps, no grey areas.

  1. You write

A request under the “Partnership” topic: your market, your learners, what you would take on. Every request gets an answer, including a no.

  2. We scope it

One conversation to check a single thing: that Kourseo genuinely serves the people you support. If it does not, we say so rather than sign.

  3. We sign

A written agreement sets the scope, brand use, data handling and remuneration. That last one depends on country, volume and what you carry: it is decided there, never on a public page.

  4. We start, then we review

A checkpoint after the first cohort, then on a fixed date. An agreement that no longer serves learners closes cleanly, on both sides.

Order of magnitude

What a cohort represents, at real prices.

The amounts below come from Kourseo’s public catalogue, the one behind the Pricing section. They state the volume you would direct — not what you would earn.

Plan followed
Price per learner109,00 $ CADper month, taxes included, no commitment
Monthly volume directed2 725,00 $ CADif the whole cohort stays a full month

This calculation assumes, and says so:

  • The country’s catalogue price, with no discount and no partner rebate.
  • The same plan for the whole cohort, over a full month.
  • No drop-out, no pause, no deferral — a ceiling, not a forecast.

This is not remuneration: it is a multiplication. Your share is set in the agreement, with the country and the volume in plain sight.

The limits

What we will not promise.

  • An exam result.

Kourseo prepares, measures and estimates. No exam body is affiliated with us, and no one here can guarantee a score.

  • Access to a learner’s space.

No partner dashboard by default, no silent export. What they share, they share themselves, and can take back.

  • A resale of data.

Learning data is not sold, not traded, and not used as a commercial argument with a third party.

  • A price other than the posted one.

The country price is the country price. No markup applied to the learner, whoever the intermediary is.

  • A logo before the agreement.

We will not publish your name while nothing is signed. We ask for the same restraint.

Direct questions

What we are asked before signing.

Can I bill my learners myself?

Today Kourseo collects the subscription directly in the six countries where its grid is published. Local collection can be discussed at scoping: it is decided in the agreement, with the country’s tax rules.

Will I see my learners’ progress?

Not by default, and never without their knowledge. A shared view will exist only if the learner turns it on, with a scope they can see and close.

Does Kourseo replace a teacher?

No. Kourseo writes a personal course and measures what holds. It does not run the class, does not correct a posture, and does not replace the relationship that makes someone come back.

Do you work outside the six published countries?

A price is published only where payment, taxation and support are settled. A request from another market is still useful: it tells us where to look next.

Propose a partnership

Tell us who you support.

The “Partnership” topic goes straight to the team. Three things are enough for a useful first answer.

  1. Your market and the learners you follow
  2. The goal: a language, or a specific exam
  3. What you would take on, and what you expect from us
