Kourseo is opening in stages. The public site explains the method, courses and catalogue prices. Personal spaces and paid access are provided through the application when the relevant phase is open.

These terms describe the rules for using the service. The final contract will identify the operating entity and must be accepted before commercial use.

Kourseo is designed for people aged 18 or older. Any future offer for children, families or schools would be a separate product with its own governance and safeguards.

Account information must be accurate. Users are responsible for protecting their access method and reporting unauthorised use.

Kourseo uses artificial intelligence to build chapters, offer activities, analyse learning evidence and prepare feedback. Users are clearly told when they interact with AI.

Users must follow applicable laws and the rights of others. They must not bypass security, disrupt the service, submit unlawful or malicious content, extract protected systems or other users’ data, or provide sensitive information that is not needed for learning.

TEF Canada, TCF Canada, IELTS, CELPIP, PTE and TOEFL are named only to identify covered exams. Kourseo is not affiliated with or endorsed by their organisations.

Progress and preparation estimates are indicative, unofficial and revisable. No exam result is guaranteed.

The Kourseo brand, identity, interfaces, software and editorial content remain protected. Access to the service transfers no ownership rights.

Users keep the rights they hold in their contributions. The final terms will define the limited licence needed to provide the service and the rules for AI-generated content.

The service may evolve or be interrupted for maintenance. Some operations require a connection even though the product is designed for mobile use and unreliable networks.

Security operations, consent withdrawal and account deletion are never queued offline.

Access may be suspended for security risks, fraud, abuse or a serious breach of these rules. Users can request account closure and deletion, subject to legal retention duties.

Kourseo provides a learning and preparation tool. It gives no official result, certification or guarantee of admission, immigration or exam success.

Final limitations will respect mandatory consumer rights and applicable law.
